Sublimation Printing

printing is a printing technique used on mugs, cups and cases (iPad, iPhone, key rings etc.) as well as T-Shirts

The design is first printed onto a transfer foil. Then it is pressed onto the product using high temperatures. a special layer on the product reacts with the colour pigments and permanently bind with them.

Note: The optimal resolution for prints with thermo sublimation is 300 dpi. If your graphics have a higher or lower resolution, this is bound to influence the quality of the print.

The result is integrated directly into the product’s surface – the design does not protrude from the product. The extreme durability even after many wash runs and exposure to sunlight make thermo sublimation a long-lasting and high-quality option for accessories.
